Hill & Dale Chardonnay 2010
Very typical Chardonnay profile with wafts of fresh lime, butterscotch and mingling tropical fruits. Subtle toasty oak nuances in the background with hints of vanilla. Medium-bodied, creamy citrus dominates initially while the same hints of vanilla show at the end. The crisp acidity results in a clean, refreshing and lingering finish.
Hill & Dale Sauvignon Blanc 2011
Fresh nuances of green apple, gooseberry and herbs add to the vibrant appeal of the wine. Lively, youthful and fresh, with hints of asparagus, guava and litchi on the palate make this a wonderful example of a great Stellenbosch Sauvignon Blanc.

Hill & Dale Dry Rosé Merlot 2010
Fruity aromas of strawberries and raspberries with a dash of fresh mint in the background. Refreshingly fruity, the wine gives the impression of having some sweetness while being totally dry. Ripe berry-flavours dominate initially with the finish being clean and pure due to a crisp acidity.
Hill & Dale Merlot 2010
Fresh raspberry tones with hints of savoury cedar and sweet tobacco. This is a medium bodied and well balanced wine with fruity red berry flavours. Unpretentious and soft, with calm tannins and a clean, fruity finish.

Hill & Dale Cabernet Shiraz 2010
Attractive aromas of spicy tobacco and sweet cherry enhanced by hints of cloves, blackcurrant and ripe plums. Medium- to full-bodied, this wine is extremely easy-drinking with its sweet fruit flavours of ripple blackberries and plums. A supple tannin structure without being insipid and the finish is soft, elegant and dry.
