A blend of Pinot Noir, Syrah & Cinsault. A persistent mousse followed by numerous and fine bubbles. On the nose, this wine sports forward red fruits scents combined with citrus fruits aromas. This is a well-balanced wine, showing on the palate the same aromatic fruity flavours as the bouquet.
