It is a Italian grappa obtained from distilling the skin of carefully selected grapes. It is clear, pleasantly aromatic, particularly intense and persistent.

It flavoured with anise and exceptionally aromatic. It can be taken as a digestif, straight up or mixed, but traditionally it is served over three coffee beans alla mosca. That is, flaming.
