Japan is internationally known for produce of exceptional quality and appearance, yet much fruit is excluded from premium channels if it is not visually perfect. In Okinawa, where indigenous and tropical fruits are a defining part of the island’s identity, we see an opportunity to champion fruit at peak flavor, even when it falls outside traditional premium standards.

ISLAND BANANA – 25% ABV – 700ml
Ingredients: Okinawan banana, kokuto, cane sugar, triple-distilled Awamori. This release captures the essence of the island through local bananas, kokuto, sugar cane, and triple-distilled Awamori. Its deep color comes from a house-made syrup produced from banana skin and cane sugar, extending the product’s commitment to flavor, character, and thoughtful use of ingredients.
